They're JDM, they MUST work But yah, they're still ugly as hell I'm pretty much against putting GT wings, diffusers, etc, on street cars. Also, the one's shown in the picture above seem a lot bigger than the one's linked on the first post.

I'm pretty sure the size of these also affect how well they work. So you probably have to match them specifically with the spoiler you have for maximum efficiency.

These things are probably going to end up in the hands of ricers more than those of real car enthusiasts seeking for better aerodynamics.

Won't using vortex generators on a non-winged car create more lift as it reduces the seperation across the rear window creating faster air flow over the top of the car?

Maybe you'll be getting some more rear end lift due to the air travelling faster locally, but almost nothing's free with aero, you gain in one category and loose out in another almost always.
