Volvo key stuck in ignition and pwr windows wont go up

im getting a gxl soon and it has a few bugs that should be addressed quickly:

well as the title says, anyone know how to free a stuck key from a s4 ignition? If it helps its a volvo key, and its wont go past the acc. position and into the lock position but oddly it can still start it. Plus for some reason there is a wire that runs from the ignition to the positive post of the battery in order for it to start. That shouldnt be right? the seller said something about the fuseable link.

lastly only the drivers side window goes down but not up, anyone have any ideas how to fix it? (their power windows) Its not like its stuck out of its tracks its like theres no power sent to the motor when i pull the window switch up.

thanks

Why is a volvo key in your s4 in the first place?

I think your tracks are dirty or your motor is going.

Is it broken INSIDE the lock? Do you have any material sticking out?

If not, you<ll most likely need to buy new locks and ignition. Pretty cheap on ebay.
