volt meter?

after installing a new battery my volt meter stopped working???what to look for?

just use an after market volt metre.

Same problem here

I need to figure out how to fix my volt meter I also recently popped in a new battery and to top it off im not sure if its the right type. It is the same size and it came from a AE86 Corolla GTS. but it worked for a while after the switch, and a couple days later after cleaning the engine bay everyday, I noticed it wasnt moving. It still starts up real fine but the fact that it stopped working is worrying me.

check the wire (connector) at the alternator.(behind it)
