Exclamation Vibrations with Fidanza Flywheel

Need help guys, I just installed a new Fidanza Flywheel, new F1 racing ST3 Ebay clutch kit, and used S4 counter weight.

My issue is that I drove home with no issues, BUT when I free rev'd my engine past 5K I feel a noticeable vibe. It transmits from the engine to the entire car. So I'm not driving till I get this sorted out.

Could I have installed a S5 counter weight? I checked all the Mazdatrix characteristics and measurements and they all ID'd as S4.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Do you have an S4 or S5 engine?
S4 and S5 use different weight rotors, which need different weight counterweights

Thanks TougeMonster, found out it my Clutch Fan Hardware! Pulled today and had 4 bolts that were 2 grams off from the other 2 bolts. Holy hell, didn't know such a small difference can cause Vibration through the entire car.

at 100g's force or whatever the end of the flywheel is pulling 1oz can turn into 100 Oz at 6 k RPM. BTW i could be off on what the flywheel g force is. But i know its a lot

I believe he said Clutch Fan(cooling fan, front of engine)...not the bolts on the Clutch itself.

No offense but I ain't buying that.
Seems to me that long before the waterpump imbalance would affect the whole car, the belts would have been screaming.
You sure the thermoclutch wasn't cocked or not fully tightened instead?

yeah, that doesn't seem to me either. I will say that if you have the wrong series rear counterweight you will now it prior to 2k rpms.. The engine would not get to 3k rpms without feeling like the engine way flying apart. I know this from first hand experience. It is possible that there are problems with the clutch/flywheel balance that are causing the issue.

What does it do when you rev it in neutral? Same vibration? Same with reving with the clutch depressed?
