Vibration From Rear End

Hey all. I was driving my FC around last night and all of a sudden a vibration started up from the rear of the car. This vibration and banging is not too bad, but noticable, upon normal same speed driving (traveling at the same speed). It gets worse upon gradual acceleration and is really bad on hard acceleration, to the point in where everything shakes in the car. It also shakes/shudders/vibrates and bangs the car really badly when I let off the gas and keep the vehicle in gear. If I put the car in neutral and decelerate then it is perfectly smooth and normal. Its will The car still drives straight and true just vibrates like crazy. Any pointers and help would be much appreciated as I can not look at it until I am able to go home from work. Thank you all in advance.

My friend has an S5 that the rear caliper was hanging up on and it caused terrible shake in rear under acceleration.
