When I'm gunning it there seems to be alot of vibration when I get a little past 4k RPM. Is this normal?

ha ha, I don't think so...

Does it do it in neutral? If so, it could be a broken motor mount. (my car had a similar problem and I discovered a broken mount).

I'd say go out and drive it, then come back with a little more specific info. Does it do it in all gears? in neutral? when the car is fully warmed up? Does the car shake (suspension/tires/steering rack), or just the motor? Are there any strange noises? ummm, can you *slowly* accelerate and try and pinpoint the EXACT RPM's it shakes at (from what to what). Ya' know.

if you still have the stock fan. take it off and go for a very short drive. somewhere where you won't have to stop. see if it goes away

Had similar prob with mine, & turned out to be a very bad rear trans mount. If you can move it sided to side, wiggle it whatever....more than likely that's it.
