Just curious. I'm still working on getting my FC running right but I've noticed that the brake pedal feels like it's almost welded in place. It has some slight give to it but not a typical pedal feel. This is odd. I have only glanced at the brake system but it does have fluid in it. The rotors look HORRIBLY rusted to the point of flaking. I'm lanning to do new pads and rotors but I was just wondering if anyone had heard of this before?

 

Have you checked the brake booster? If it isn't working right then you can experience a really stiff pedal. Can you depress the pedal all the way? (It'll take alot of leg strength probably)

yeah, i had that happen in another car, and it was the brake booster. if it was warmed up for a while, it might regain its normal feel, until it cools down again.
