My 89 convertible is garaged for the winter. I start it up and run it until the mufflers are hot every couple of weeks. It's been a hard winter here in New Hampshire and unless things change, I won't see the street until at least April 1!

I can hear it calling: "Drive me!"

I know the feeling, mine has been in the garage for the last 3 months. The last couple of real cold spells that we've had down in the sub zero temps I've gone out and turned up the heat in the garage just to keep her cozy.

 

Yet another reason I refuse to own a vert '7, and in all likelihood any convertible.

Not knocking yours, it's just that I'm driving my '7 every day right now *shrug*, but I'm still getting cabin fever, too, because we've had horrible road conditions the past week or so and I can't throttle it ANYWHERE.

 

Well mines a coupe not a vert but I see what your sayin. I won't bring mine out until the roads are absolutely clear and dry cuz of all the other stupid people on the roads. If they're going to hit somethin of mine I would want it to be my old lifted Chevy truck, cuz i'll win every time.

 

I've been DD my Vert no matter what the weather for 3 years here in NC. But this year I've been thinking about finding a beater to drive for the winter and parking the Vert.
