Vert Seat Belts Same as Coupe?

Vert Seat Belts Same as Coupe?

I'm trying to convert my S5 automatic seat belts to manual ones. Are the seat belts from the Convertible the same as those in the Coupe? I.e. do they mount up at the same points?

Found my answer by searching for vert instead of convertible: No they aren't.

They are alittle different but the bolt up the same. Manual vert belts mount alittle lower due to the convertable top. I have s5 manual belts that came from a vert and they mounted just fine into my s5. However you have to also change out the b,a pillar, change the headliner, quite a few interior pieces around to make it look clean. Also cleanly break off the mounting tabs for the rails to fit the s4 ones. Removing the whole autobelt system saves about 10 - 15 pounds. However do this right. This is only things holding you in the car. Cut no corners! Safety first. Try to find S4 coupe belts.I did this only because I my autobelts got stuck and I didn't want to deal with the whole system.
