Vert/Coupe doors?

Hi all.

I'm getting set to do some body work on my Vert, what i would like to know is can the Coupe doors be modified to fit a Vert?

I have had a quick look at them against one another and apart from the top of the door frame there isn't anything realy Ovious?

I am intrested if anyone on the Forum has tried it?

Cheers

Chris

the skin is the same but there are some minor structural differences (like not having a window surround- and the mounting points for the fixed window

Yeah, but the windsheild and A-pillars will vibrate a lot more

I could fill the top of the door frame with expanding foam? sounds rough but it drys realy hard and would give it some strenth so it doesn't flex?

Also what i was trying to say about the window, if i was using the Coupe door it would already have the Coupe mech and window chanels? as long as when i remove the top of the door frame the window could be made to meet the verts top door seal?

So if i can get some strenth into the door to stop it flexing (becouse of the fixed window being removed) and getting the Coupe mech to work on the Verts wiring do you guys think it could be possable?

I thought the windsheild on the vert was raked a little more than the coup?
