Vented headlight cover.
I'm thinking I really need to make up a CAI for my car, as currently the turbo is sucking in air straight off the radiator lol. What I wanna know is is it worth buying a vented headlight cover and making an intake that goes from it to the turbo, or do any of you guys have a better spot to draw the air from. Having a think about it with the intercooler piping and such there isn't that many good locations.

You can make your own headlight cover if you're not an idiot and have time to burn.
If you just want a quick fix that is good enough, get some hvac ducting hose. Run it from your bumper to your filter.
Another option is to drop vent your hood.
You could cut a U shaped slit in your hood above your filter with the open end of the "U" facing the rear of the vehicle.
Push it down and glass it on the legs of the "U" if you want.
This will draw air out of your hood and bring cooler air to the filter.
All different kinds of ways to skin this cat.
I am reverse drop venting my hood (making a uras style but with a bit more kickassness) and doing the hvac duct crap on my own personal car soon.

What temps are you seeing going into the engine? I see a about 10deg+ lower at the TB than what my AFM says. Unless you are seeing some scary temps at the TB then I would imagine the difference would be negligible.
