VDI/Expansion Chamber stuck against Fuel line

VDI/Expansion Chamber stuck against Fuel line
I have a 1990 N/A. I am currently in the process of removing the engine for a rebuilt. Unfortunately I am stuck at this point.
There seems to be not enough room for my wrench to loosen the fuel line's inner bolt, as I need to remove the VDI/Expansion chamber. Is there a easy way to do this???
