vacuum hose routing/coolant house routing?(emissions/coldstart removed-kept thrmowax
ok i want to check if what i did is correct, i took off my 5/6 ports & actuators, took off all my emissions (egr valvel, acv valve and vacuum rack, airpump)
this is how i have the vacuum hoses routed -
i was told by a forum member how it is done
1. pressure sensor to nipple where uim and lim meet
(only nipple sticking straight out)
2. fpr (fuel pressure regulator on 2ndary fuel rail)
to a small nipple on the front side of the TB
3. there is a nipple under the uim on the block kind of hidden, to the left of the primary fuel rail.
.. run that nipple to the other small nipple on the TB where the other one is
(im assuming this one is the nipple facing upwards on the lim near the block)-thats where i put it
4. lastly the large nipple on the TB run it to the 4 way tee the omp is connected to and your done....
thats the only 4 lines you need on your car for it to run, i had only 3 because i ditched the OMP
i also rerouted the fuelline
.... MAKE SURE YOU CAP ANY OTHER NIPPLE i mean every other one you see and make sure
you get them all... best thing to do is squirt some gasket maker in the cap and push it onto the nipple
what about the back of the dynamic chamber (side facing driver side fender)? where do all these go ? where can i find diagram ? where there is a sensor with vacuum hose going onto it (for throttle ?)wheres this go
the back side on firewall of dynamic chamber / tb - are the 2 nipples here blocked ? are the nipples on the uim all blocked ?
the hose attaching to the lim , whats the purpose of this? is it needed ? i am still attching it cuz i dont know how to blok it ...i think it goes to the cat ?
hose fitting on rear iron on left side of engine under uim towards the back, is this for coolant or does this get blocked ? where does it go ?
how do the hoses and everything go onto the dynamic chamber/thermowax on tb ?
i have a haynesmanual but it is not very useful
what else am i missing ? i dont want to blok of something im not suppose to or hooked up something wrong
also getting rid of coldstart, charcoal canister near firewall, and charcoal canister near front headlight,
