Where/when is there a source of vacuum in a Turbo/Super charged engine? Is there still a vacuum right after the throttle plate?

The vacuum comes from the angled metal nipple on the lower intake manifold, on the manifolds inboard side.............connects to the arrangement of metal vacuum/pressure tubes, with a piece of rubber hose.........continues to the left side of the engine where it connects to the ORANGE solenoid with a rubber vacuum hose.............exits the solenoid on a rubber hose that reconnects to the arrangement of metal vacuum/pressure tubes.........exits at the rear of the engine area near the FPR............attaches to the FPR with a rubber hose b/t the metal tube and the bottom area of the FPR.

You did not say where the unconnected piece of vacuum hose is that your worried about. Got me.

You have to connect the FPR to the manifold, or you'll run super-rich at idle idle and run lean and blow your engine the first time you hit boost. It's not optional. Just connect it to where I said.
