Vaccum Question w/ Picture to help us out

Ok the #1 where does this go(please be very specific), btw i modified my WTV and put in one from a manual onto the automatic throttle body and capped the little nipple under the throttle body, did i do this correctly?

And for #2 is this the region that the cruise control should hook right up to?

Thanks guys,
Matt

See if this makes sense. Look at the intake where it attaches to the engine. There is a black plastic vacuum cap on the intake. Next to it there is a little steel tube that curves kinda upward--it attaches here

the cruise control should attach to the throttle body RIGHT NEXT to where the throttle cable attaches. the throttle should be coming in from the drivers side and the cruise control should be coming from the passenger side.
