Vac Lines and Blowoff Valve Hook up questions ( with pic's )

I have an '90 TII. The guy who had it before me put in an Apexi intake and Blitz Blowoff Valve. Unfortunitaly, I don't think he hooked either of them up right. The blowoff valve doesn't work, in that I'm getting a very low weak psssh. I'm running stock boost, but I'd imagine I'd be hearing more nose. It seems to me, like I'm not getting a vaccum to open the valve, and when it does open, it's simply the boost forceing it's way out.

I also found two vaccum lines that weren't even hooked up to anything. Best I can tell from my Haynes manual is they go to Air Control Valve.

Here are the pics of how it's set up atm.

The yellow line is running to the stock boost sensor AND the blow off valve ( "T" is outside of the pic. )

The blue line is one of the vac lines that's just not hooked up to anything.

The green line isn't hooked up to anything either, but the line seems to bend in the direction it is now and to the nipple there.

The red line runs off to the Aftermarket boost gauge.

Here is a pic of where the green line is hooked up to now:

A Pic of where the stock pressure gauge and blowoff valve are hooked up:

And a picture of where the two vaccum line are coming from:

Looking at my Haynes diagram, it looks to me like the blowoff valve should be hooked up where the red line is and the boost gauges should be hooked up where the yellow line is ( currently stock gauge and blowoff valve ).

I'd really like to know which is the correct hook ups, especially for the blowoff valve. I'd even put the stock one back in, but I have no idea where to hook it up.

Still need some help. Tried hooking up stock blowoff valve and having it vent to the atmosphere. Didn't work, car wouldn't hold idle and would stall out instantly.

If those two lines aren't going to anything, then there is a leak and you won't boost correctly and the BOV wouldn't sound for crap. The BOV is just ran off of a vacuum hose, mine is running from the same one going to the factory boost sensor.

As for the unplugged hoses, cap them off or find where they go. A vacuum leak isn't sweet.
