Using the Tornado Fuel Saver on an FC
Does anyone have this thing Called the Tornado Fuel save. It is suppossed to save you fuel and give you like 5hp or maybe 10hp but I doubt it. If anyone here has used it on their FC let us know what you think of it and what it has done for your mileage and power.

...lets stick some hunk of plastic inside of something that WAS empty... THAT will improve airflow...
...technically yes, the air will be flowing faster through the plastic thing.. but there will be LESS air flowing...

As I see it, if a car company can spend 5 dollars on a piece of plastic or metal to improve thier mileage by 15% (or whatever they advertise), all cars would have them from the factory instead of engineers spending years and millions on engine redesign to get any improvement in mileage at all.

bastards. lol I know I am not as knowledgeable as all of you rotary gods but come on. I just wanted to know. I thought that creating turbulance in the flow of the air it will probably mess things up anyways. Well whatever.

Don't worry man, I am guessing that you thought it would act like those little turbulators (vortex generators) which reduce the stall speed of airplane wings, so I consider it an innocent question. No one here is a rotary god. Some are bitter shrews who get off on ripping the newbies. Have you considered porting the intake manifold? Or the mass air flow sensor? Or the intake elbow (bolts onto the throttle body)? Those will give you some noticeable pep increase. Just porting the cone filter adapter plate on my mass air flow sensor made a noticeable increase in low end throttle response and power.

I would but I lack the know-how and the tools. I would need to try it out on my spare intake from my parts car but I have serious dinnero problemas. Transilates to money problems. I don't have a die grinder or a dremil. If anyone has a good writeup I would greatly appreciate it.
