Ok, so I'm redoing all my injectors and fuel lines. I'm pulling out all 4. Before I put the manifold back on, can I hook the battery up and jumper the fuel pump check connector to check for leaks? Or should I turn the motor over? What's the best way?

Yes you can do that. Make sure the IGN is in the ON position though, otherwise it will not work.

Yes you can, in fact you should! A hidden fuel leak under the UIM could have disastrous consequences. You should pressure test the system before starting the engine any time you've disconnected any pre-FPR fuel lines, but particularly so if they're under the UIM.

Or should I turn the motor over?
No need.
