Trying to remove, HOW IS THE DAMN THING FASTENED ON THE CAR. I have damn near every bolt and screw removed from anything remotely attached to the bumper.

 

You have to take out the inner fenders, get a really long extension and there are three nuts or bolts on each side that hold it on up in there...

 

Get under the car... Look at the plastic piece which is also a piece that carries air from the front to the brakes... Take that off and and you have enough room to stick your whole arm up in there with a ratchet. There are 3-4 bolts that hold the bumper to the fender. Assuming you took the bolts on the bottom and top off, it should slide right out...
