Area Rotary Mechanic
For the guys that posted who don't know me, I am Mark Aichner. I work on Rx7 mainly for the enjoyment and farther displacement of the myths about Rotary engines. I live 35 miles from the shop I work in N.Syracuse doing general car repair and rx7 repair/upgrade work.I am currently building my 87 red T2 and have cruised the Blvd. a few times but mostly I park w/ the singer from one of the bands I manage in his 85 GSL-SE, he also works at the shop with me. I look forward to helping anyone of you understand/work on your cars, (right,guys that know me?)Just remember sports cars are fast cash spending machines,real owner accept this.

The shop is on Taft Rd. in North Syracuse. It's quite an impressive facility, and if your car is going to be worked on there, you'll probably get to know the owner of the shop and get to be in the shop seeing what's going on. With all that space you won't get in the way like I used to at the old shop.

SoloII- I am down for anything at all. I get out of school in about 2 weeks now. I live in Seneca Falls so that's where I will be all summer. I don't know where you guys go for the summer, but yeah I think we should all get together one weekend and go for a cruise......or go to the strip

Whats everyone doing the weekend of June 15th then? We could caravan down to the NJ BBQ. I know Marks going and I'm going to try my hardest to make it.

yeah i would definitely be down for that. Shouldnt be a problem to take off the weekend from work. I have some friends on the Jersey shore too, I could probably get ahold of them.

Rocket, where on the Jerz shore do you have friends? My cousin lives in Bradley Beach and drives a white FC...we have had meetings near there in the past. (Sandy Hook)

I have a friend in Holmdale, which is pretty much right on the shore, and I have friends in Glen Rock too which is pretty close. Also know a couple people in Del Ran. Where exactly is this BBQ going to be? This could be an excuse for me to visit my friends and get drunk too

ok, my roomate just said that is about a half hour from his house. I will definitely be there. Now we just have to organize a time and place for us New Yorkers to meet and cruise down there.

Dave in the second gen section? I thought he forgot about his fc once the snow melted...lol. I unfortunately won't be able to make it to any cruises this summer. That means you have to take lots of pics, and maybe even some video to make me jealous.

I'm in Upstate NY too. At least for the summer. I go to school @ East Carolina, and am looking foward to riping **** up durring the summer.
1987 TII (new engine, clutch, injectors, 91 tranny, brakes,.....and if i need to replace anything else, its gonna have a new driver too.)
