Upper strut bearings

Planning on replacing my front suspensions bushings within the next couples weeks. Was wondering about the upper strut bearings. Whats the average lifetime of these bearings?

longer! clean and grease and you should be good to go

That's a good suggestion. I will do that. On some cars, they don't last too long. In the early 80's, I had a VW Rabbit and every year or two I found myself replacing the mounts due to wear.
