upper rad hose question

any time after a drive in my car my upper rad hose has a ton of pressure in it and looks like it is going to explode.

what would cause this?

I removed the emissions and have not installed a dual alt pulley yet could it be my water pump slipping causing this?

Air in the system, would be my first guess. You should really get the dual belt pulley. For the most part it doesn't slip if you drive slow, but when you rev it up the pulley on the pump slips. Could also be old hose and time for a new one...

Its suppose to have pressure. But if your concerned about the quality of the upper rad hose then replace it.
