Unleaded 87 or Premium 89

I have an 89 rx7 and was wondering what type of gas yall use to fill up the rotary. I have been using premium since this is what the previous owner said he used. Do yall think it would make a difference to switch the gas to 87 since gas prices are getting so high??

Let me know what yall think.

If it's an NA then go for the cheaper gas, it's not going to hurt anything since the NA engine is less likely to denitate then the Turbo.

If it's a Turbo, use the premium for the opposite reason.

Stock or near stock non turbo FCs will make more HP on 87 than on 89 or 91 octane
