Unknown connector
Okay, so when I was replacing vacuum hoses under the uim of my 87 tII I found an unplugged connector. The connector has two wires, one green with a black strip and one black with a white strip. Any ideas?

Could be for the air supply valve. You could do a continuity test to tell if it is for ASV. Find the power steering relay inside the front nose of the car close to the driver headlight and it has 4 wires; two are Black, one Green and the other G/B. Take the G/B wire of the unknown plug and unplug the 4 wire plug and do a continuity test on the G/B wire and if it rings out then the two wire plug is for ASV.
