Unidentified Headlight ****

Stupid question. On the left side of the dash above the headlight ****, there is a smaller **** with a picture of a headlight with two curved arrows on it. Anyone know what this does?

It flips your lights up without you having to turn them on.

On some models pushing that **** in, also activates the headlight washers
