underdrive pulley?

underdrive pulley?

i'm gonna buy the main underdrive pulley i already have the alternator one. but anyway my question is if its just a simple bolt on thing, or do i have anything i should be careful off. also will i be able to use the power steering if i install the pulley?

You'll need an impact gun to remove the stock main pulley bolt. It's usually on there VERY tight. There are other ways to do it. Check out http://home.earthlink.net/~burntoast/powerpulley.html for a very detailed how-to. There's also the risk of your thrust bearing coming loose. Check out http://www.mazdatrix.com/faq/pulley.htm . The other pulleys will bolt to your new pulley. So all of your accessories can be used.
