Question UnderBody and Rust

I keep bottoming out on my Turbo II.
How fast does the underbody rust?? I'm mostly worried about rust development and I don't really mind dents.
How much is it gonna cost me to recoat the underbody?

By bottoming out, do you mean it needs new struts?

A good way to prevent rust, is to buy a can of 3M body undercoating. This will give you some fairly good protection. Also make shure your unibody is not rusted, key points in the frame of the car would be the rear fenderwells, and spot welds on the unibody. Hit those and you shouldn't worry.

I've got coilovers on the car and I think its pretty damn low.
I can't even fit 225 tires on the front properly and thats what I have all around.
When you mean by hit those, you mean hit the rear fenderwells and spots welds with a spray of undercoating?
