Uh-Oh...?

So my s4 T2 has been sitting for about 2-3 months and so i went out and changed my oil and plugs yesterday night. Turns out, two of my plugs had some buildup on them. They're the trailing and leading ones, if your standing on the left side of the car, facing the engine, the left-hand side of the block (the ones closer to the front of the car). They both looked wet with what looks like oil build up, so i smelled one of them, it smelled kinda like fuel (sweet smelling?). Went ahead and changed them, and checked all fluids to be safe.

Went outside this morning and started my 7 up today, turns out it couldv'e been flooded. so i pull the fuse, cranked the engine, after 10 or so cranks, plugged fuse back in....

SMOKEY!!!....SWEET, WHITE SMOKEY!!!....but only for a minute or two, after that it was fine, engine was smoking a bit too, not a whole lot, just a little, like oil run-off being burnt, but it also smelt like rubber being burnt. Took the car around the block a couple of times, ran ok, not a whole lot of white smoke during throttle. Drove back to my garage, parked it, engine idle was pretty bad. Before it had a rough idle, but now, it jumps around alot, more than before, around 1k-1.5k range.

Any one got any ideas? It sounds like I have coolant seals that are about to go, but I'm not sure. I'm guessing that it was just like that because of not being driven/started for awhile. I haven't tried burping the car yet, but I'll do that asap. Never had to add any coolant before, but my resevoir was low, so i topped that off. Any ideas to whats happening to my 7?
