Okay, maybe I'm just nieve or something but... here it goes. I have currently Stock headers, connected to Bonez Superflow System ( Presilencer and High-flo Cat ) to the factory cat back. I'm currently undergoing a rebuild and port-polish, I asked my mechanic whatelse I can do next to improve performance for the car. I was told Headers. Also, since I had the engine out I said wtf.. might as well. I asked him what would bolt up to what I have right now. He recommended Racing Beat Street headers. Now that I've gone and ordered the friggen things and they are on there way, I find out its not an exact replacement.

Is there a way for him to custom a fit ? I mean from what I see the presilencer from racing beat is only 20 inches from header pipe to factory cat back. Could he chop the Superflo system ( Which wouldn't be my first option cause I paid 300 bux alone for that friggen thing ) and keep the cat ? and fit it ?

Ugh gimmie your advice I don't know what to do and heck... Help

 

A good exhaust shop can do almost anything you want really(well within reason). Sure they can put your cat where you want it, no problem. Man while you got the engine apart have it ported.

 

sell the bonez downpipe, have an exhaust shop cut one side of the cats pipe and weld in a pipe extention and u got urself a nice street legal system

edit. forgot the superflo was one peice...SELL your superflow and just buy a cat, you'll loose no less than 50 bux if the system is still new

 

i have the bonez race pipe before i had my headers.. i got the headers and chopped up the race pipe and used the scilencer in the race pipe in my exhaust now.. it does nothing but looks like a cat.. so now im running RB headers w/straight pipe to N1 muffler.. sounds sweeeeet

 

but how does your 6 ports work without the back pressure sensor ?
