well, i've been drifting the **** out of my fc with a couple of my buddys and today i was driving to work and i heard alot of noise in the back, like when i down shift and when i stop and go. like a popin noise. when i talk to my step dad, he owns his own shop. he told me that i would need to send my driveshalf out to a shop. and get my rear end replace.... now i went up to crazy rays junk yard there's an rx7 up their with driveshalf and rear end. WHAT SHOULD I DO????

 

find out exactly where the noise is coming from (i.e. get your step dad's hoist hoistin').

 

It sounds like it could be your rear diff. mount. Get under there and take a look though.
