Hey have you meshie guys tried the Eagle One A2Z all wheel cleaner? It's pretty much spray on and wash off.. thou I use a wheel brush on my rims.
You can get it all over the place.. I think even Pep Boys carries it now.

. hehe jkKevin uses this crazy wheel cleaner and a pressurized hot water sprayer at his work. I don’t have access to that so I will be moving on to a different wheel when I have the cash.
