twin scroll actuator

I am swapping turbos on the fc and I have the old turbo/mannifold out. The new turbo/mannifold is ready to go in but I have a question about the line that runs from the end of the dual scroll actuator, around the turbo, and the up along the back of the engine. The new turbo I'm putting has the twin scroll removed, and both of the ports on the turbo have been made equal size. Do I just plug the line with a cork, or do I tuck it out of the way and forget about it

Simplest is just to plug it. If you're keen, follow it right back to the solenoid under the IC and plug it there, or even remove the solenoid. It makes no difference really.

remove that solenoid and plug it up. that design is a piece of crap. Not some of Mazda brightest. then again it's almost two decades old technology. you equal size ports should be better, but i would have still gotten a S5 turbo and manifold. But you do, with what you can right?

heh always. I'll grab a s5 turbo mannifold when time and money allows for it. But this is just better then what I had on there. I have big plans for the car but I take small steps
