Turn signal problems

All of a sudden my turn signals stopped working. I checked the bulbs, and they are ok. The parking lights work fine. I replaced the cpu (I think it's the FB03) by the driver's side kick panel thinking it had gone bad. That didn't help. When I flip the turn signal lever, I hear a fast ticking noise, but no bulbs blink. When I hit the emergency blinker button, no ticking noise and no blinking. Anybody had this issue before?

Have you checked the 15 amp Turn fuse and 10 amp Hazard fuse? If these fuses are good then look at the plug in the CPU which has seven wires. Check the Black/Blue wire for constant voltage. No voltage generally means either the Hazard fuse is bad or the 60 amp BTN fuse in the Engine fuse box is no good.

At the seven wire plug the Green/Red wire should have voltage w/key to on and the left turn lever depressed. The Green/Yellow wire in the same plug has voltage w/key to on and the right hand turn lever depressed.

I probed the wires and thought... this has got to be a fuse problem. Pulled the fuse for the hazard and replaced it with one of the spares. Works like a charm. I quadruple inspected the "bad" fuse and it looks fine. Doesn't pass the continuity test though. Now on to my headlight motor problem...

Thanks Satch for all the help you give on the board.
