Turn Signal Problem

The car has been sitting a while and I charged the battery and was checking over everything for state inspection and the right side turn signals or flashers don't work. I'm pretty sure the relays and flasher modules are ok, because I do get a rapid click when I turn them on. I figured that means a bad bulb, but I replaced both front and rear with no help. I also pulled the lights from the left side and plugged them in to right, and that didn't help either.

I've checked the harness with voltmeter and neither front or rear is shorted to ground.

Any suggestions?

i had the EXACT same problem, i bought a body computer (just to the left of the clutch under the plastic molding) from a junkyard for $20, but they gave me the one for the s4 and i have an s5, but i looked around on icemark's website and found that the turn signal circuit boards are the same pt number, took five minutes to swap it out(just the turn signal circuit) with my junkyard one, didnt even have to take the whole thing off and it works fine now, he sells just the circuit on his website for like 20 bucks i think and all of his stuff is rebuilt

Recieved the flasher board today and it did fix the problem. One strange thing is that the passenger side blinks faster than driver side, but that passes the inspection so I don't care.

So I took it over for inspection thinking everything was good to go, and now my backup lights don't work so it got rejected. I'll do some searches, but any ideas on that?
