I'm new to this, so please bear with me as I'm from the old Mopar muscle era.
But, the rotary engine has always fascinated me.
I have a '86 TurboII (body is shot) and a '87 GXL.
I would like to put the turbo into the GXL.
What I need to know is what modifications will be required in the wiring, or would
it be easier to remove the dash and just change everything.
Both cars ran and all wiring from both is available for use.

 

Are you sure its an 86 TII? If it is, its already a conversion, because there was no TII in 86. Check out this site:

Sorry, both cars are 87's. Does this make it easier?
