Turbo Upgrades

I am looking into either buying a TT or a TII. I am in the military and come March I will be in Germany... SO as you can understand I want a fast car for the autobahn. I drove an FD the other day and loved it. I had an 88 base before, now I am looking into maybe a 89-91 TII. Now what do you guys do for an upgrade on your turbos. In my saab 9000 we bore out the housing an use a larger compressor wheel. Can I have this done without killing the turbo, what turbo do you use in a TII, garret, mitsu???? Thanks for the help guys!

Hitachi, Garret "clone." Some folks put a T04B compressor on the stock turbo. Perhaps a clip on the hot side. Do a search on "turbo upgrade" or "hybrid turbo" on here.
