turbo upgrade?

turbo upgrade?
i have a 90 t2 with about 232,000km on origonal motor, and i think the turbo might be dying cos there is not much power when i floor it. what is a good was to tell if my turbo is dying. and if so what is a good turbo upgrade...nothin crazy

Take the intake off and wiggle the shaft inside... Lots of shaft play/binding = poopy turbo.
