Turbo UIM Removal

What are the things I need to remove to take off my UIM? Should there only be one bolt and 4 nuts holding it in place to the LIM? I stripped one of the nuts o its thread, how can I get it off?

the turbo has to come off, adn IIRC there are 5 bolts and 2 nuts on the LIM. you have to get the turbo off to see the other bolts.
