Angry turbo problems

my wastegate stop poping off this week. i did the waste gate check that my haynes manual provided and everything checked out. so i have no clue what could be wrong. also if my wastegate is done for does that require a full turbo swap or can an extrenal wastegate be applied to the system.

How did you come to this conclusion?
What were the tests the Haynes had you do?
If the wastegate actuator is in fact malfuntioning (which it probably isn't) you can probably find a used one to replace it with. I have seen adapters for the back of the turbo that allow an external wastegate to be installed on the stock turbo, not sure if they are mass produced though. If all else fails and you really need to drive the car, just remove the actuator and wire the wastegate open.
