You can front mount the stock IC without too much effort and it will be fine for 10-12 PSI on the stock turbo. Or find a generic eBay cooler.

I'm going with an intercooler from a Starion. Do a search on ebay for starion intercooler (chrystler conquest is the same car, so you may have luck using that name as well) IIRC it ran me about $80.
