Turbo manifold on a 4port n/a; block off plate question

So, there are some spots on the turbo manifold that I can't find professional block off plates for. Would it be safe for me to just put a penny/dime and jb weld it closed? This is what I did on my old 6port intake but I'd much rather just buy block off plates if they exist.....
Do they exist somewhere?

Try here.. THey have always had everything I have needed to block off emissions. Not sure specifically what you are wanting to block off but they have every NORMAL blockoff.

Why not just get some 3/16" aluminum, cut it out with a jig saw, and then drill bolt holes?

The more I start thinking about it, this would probably be the easiest way to go about it. I keep moving my deadline back on when I want this car running.. =/
