turbo internals swap

if I have a nice centersection with a bad turbine, can I swap a different turbo's turbine/compressor onto the shaft without having to have it rebalanced, if I use the same nuts on each end/etc?

You'd be lucky if it balances after swapping any part of the rotating assembly (RA).

Most likely it will not be balanced.
Unbalanced, the RA will vibrate itself to death and kill the bearings.
