Fill the clutch MC and bleed the line. See if that solves anything.

look at the line and the bleeder valve. Go buy some brake fluid and bleed the system see if that helps. Your clutch should be ok.

Then your clutch MC is probably dead.

Is there any hydraulic fluid in you clutch reservoir?? Does the clutch fork visually move when the clutch is depressed? On the floor. Probably won't move at all.

See if your clutch reservoir is empty.

You said you hear a tearing noise??? Could be the friction disc went bad and is in pieces. Costly.

Does your pedal return to the normal position or does it just lay there on the floor?

tearing noise? maybe check the bearings... bad bearings will give noise... bearings to check are throw out bearing and release bearing

Well maybe you should verify that there are no leakes in you cluch hydralics, try bleeding the system, there might be air in the system. If the clutch hydralics are good, you either have a proplem with you pressure plate or your clutch fork is broken. My act extreme pressure plate first broke the pin that the clutch fork piviots on and after replacing that, a few months later the xtreme pressure plate cracked my clutch fork where it piviots on the big pin. It cracked right at that point. And the clutch is hydraulic.
