Ok. I have a 1988 GXL non turbo that i want to make turbo. I need to know what i have to do to do that though. Can i just get the turbo, downpipe, wastegate and bov off a stock turbo ii, as well as the intercooler and mount it in the front with custom pipeing? or do i have to mess with electronics and computers and such?

 

The engines are different internally. If you want you CAN turbo an N/a engine Aaron Cake did it to his Tina

I would rather just go out and find a TII somewhere.
