Turbo Cleaning... What products to use?!

So i have my turbo out and i want to clean.

I was thinking of using brake cleaner and covering the oil/coolant passages. Is it OK to clean out the turbine wheels or will this throw them off balance??

Thanks,

Ben

Brake cleaner and a tooth brush worked well for the compressor turbine, but the exhaust turbine was too hard to clean. The light brown exhaust build up is really hard and inert, so cleaning product dont work so well.
