Turbo from 91 Rx7 ..should I sell or keep

FL Turbo from 91 Rx7 ..should I sell or keep

Hey I got this Turbo from A 91 Rx7 im guessing a Turbo II but not sure ,Not familiR

with turbos. anyways I was thinking of keeping but not sure if is worth doing a

non turbo to turbo with this or is it better selling if I do sell how much can I get

for , If to much hazzle I perfer selling cheap. But not sure what to do. here are

some pictures of it.Thanks in advance,

oh here is info I have on it.

T18 FOR A 91 RX7 AND THAT IT SHOULD PRODUCE 15 LBS OF BOOST AT HIGH END.

its a s4 t2 turbo. I dont know if the s4 t2 manifold bolts on your engine. If it doesnt, it wont be worth it.

A turbo like that with dog hair all over, you really want ot check the shaft play. At the very least you will want to port the wastegate, there are a bunch of writeups on s4 t2 wastegate porting because the wastegate is rediculousley small and many people overboost and blow engines with this. Ive had hell of problems with my stock turbos and rebuilds but I am learning a lot.

Nope, you got lied to.
It's not even from a "91" - it's from a Zenki FC turbo.
It's basically useless.

Well I got this turbo in a negotiation from a crx and they included turbo sold crx got my moneys worth now trying to figure out what to do with this. But will a stock turborx7 work ok if their turbo no good . I dont understand what should i do with it, Do you think someone has use for it i bet someone has to need it.

you can sell it. you wont make much but if its in good condition you will sell it. maybe $100.
