Take a running start at your car and run into it from various angle. Didn't fall? Good to go.

You are more of a man than me because after dropping the tranny a couple times and almost breaking my hand... I decided to weld 2 pieces of metal together in the shape of a U and then stick it into my floor jack... so I made myself a poorman's tranny jack....

I helped one of my buddies swap out a tranny in his S4, we made a tranny jack out of a skateboard and 2 jacks. Bolted the jacks to the skateboard, and rolled it into place, jacked the tranny up and pushed it onto the engine. It did take like 10 minutes to get past the 1" mark, it probably would have helped i knew to tilt the engine back

Yeah. Once I figured that part out it slipped in like an asian into a **** st.... nevermind.
