Trouble Starting already searched and read FAQ

OK here is the deal my car has been running fine then i go to start it and it wont start, its not flooded. But it does have a funny smell to it. Its not the smell of gas but something else(no clue what) But the engine still turns over but just wont start. Went through looked at FAQ tried all that stuff. Searched tried everything still didn't start. Did the "Poorman's" compresssion check seemed fine please help me. I love the RX but im sick of one problem after the other.

Are the lower plugs wet when you pull them?

you mean moist or soaked they have very little moisture first time i pulled but none the second time.
