Transmission vent leaking

I've finnally found where my tranny leak is coming from and it just so happens to be the little vent tube on the top of the transmission. It's not overfilled and it only leaks when driving. I can tell by the massive amount of smoke bellowing out from under the car as it burns off of my used-to-be-beautiful RB exhaust, and only does that after high RPMs. I have rigged up a little catch can concoction made from a one-man brake bleeder bottle, and overfilled it after only a 100 miles or less. After this happend I was incredibly pissed because I had just cleaned my exhaust for the second time. Has anyone else experienced this kind of transmission leak? I have a S5 TII tranny by the way if it matters, im wondering if this is a common problem after reading other tranny leak post.

Its at the very top of the tranny, kinda hard to see. On the top of the passenger side of the tranny.
