Transmission swap issues

I have a 2nd gen race car with a Pport 13B in it. We just switched to a stock 2nd gen turbo trans and now we have some interesting problems. We bought an ACT Pro Lite flywheel, ^ puck clutch disc and HD pressure plate, all matching parts. When we install it and bolt up the trans we have 0 freeplay in the clutch fork???!!! The release bearing is pressed tight against the fingers of the Pressure plate. We have the correct release bearing, clutch fork and pivot. HELPPPPPPPPPP
No one can seem to answer why this is happening?!

^^ what he said, make sure you've got the right slave cylinder. The N/A's and T2's are a different size.

A couple things can be wrong. The wrong Slave cylinder is one of them.
Which Counterweight are you using?
Did you install the Flywheel Correctly?..(chuckle!) with the Clutch face OUT?
Did you Tighten down the Counterweight to the Eshaft?.Is it IN/ON the key and Flywheel nut on?
Another Thing that you may want to check Alan,Is the Position of the Spacers used to Put the Pressure plate on the Flywheel. If they are on the Raised part of the Flywheel then your Pressure plate will be back towards the throw out bearing by about a 1/2 inch.

Thanks for you inputs, here is what we have done. Brand new T2 Slave, Clutch fork and pivot ball. The counter weights are all interchangable and have the identical thickness (as per Dave at Mazdatrix). The release bearing is from ACT to match the clutch disc and pressure plate. The cltuch disc only goes in one way and also has a "to flywheel" sticker on the one side lol
